• Provide your order number, description of the issue, and attach the unboxing video along with clear images.
• Upon approval, our team will guide you through the return process.

 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under these specific conditions:

• The ordered product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
• The order is canceled before dispatch.
• A replacement is unavailable for the returned item.

 Refund Process & Timeline

• Refunds will be initiated through the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit, discount coupons, or wallet credit (as per your preference).
